We are licensed as a commercial broker with Keller Williams. Through KW, The Solutions Group KC has direct access to agents, brokerages, and offices in every state and in dozens of countries across the globe. In 2017 KW Realty International invested $1 billion to create and implement a first-of-its-kind AI-powered platform for agents.
Wes Schlobohm, founding partner of The Solutions Group KC, is an accredited and highly accomplished auctioneer with a long history of business with a wide variety of clients including federal, state & local governments, corporate entities, and institutions. Wes began to see a need that wasn’t being fulfilled for his clients, people who we refer to as MACs – Multiple Asset Clients. These clients had to be in communication with many different agents and brokerages to handle their real estate and auction needs. To solve this, Wes’s firm rebranded in 2013 and successfully blended all facets of auction services with Keller Williams Realty’s entire suite of products (residential, commercial, luxury, farm & ranch, and international) to create a global platform called, “The Solutions Group”. This unique approach was a “one-stop shop” for all auctions and real estate services.
Over time, our firm’s scope naturally began to expand to the other end of the real estate cycle – development. In 2017, TGKC took on the role of master developer of two major projects in Kansas. We kept our real estate brokerage as an auxiliary service for our clients, and made development into our primary business. Our members and partners have established relationships throughout our local, regional, and national markets as.
