Wes is a Founding Member of The Solutions Group KC, LLC and Director of Commercial Real Estate at Keller Williams Legacy Partners, Inc. He is a graduate of CIPS Certified International Property Specialist and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Kansas and Missouri. He has worked on all facets of the real estate development cycle and transacted deals in all core real estate principles.
Taylor manages TSGKC’s internal information technology systems. He analyzes the workflow, information flow, and intended outcomes in order to produce custom-made systems and processes that enhance employee effectiveness.
Dustin has 22 years of experience in the industry, ranging from single family residential construction, mechanical, engineering and plumbing, and commercial contracting. He oversees all aspects of design, engineering, architecture, and construction on Buildforce’s projects. Dustin has a 5% ownership share in The Solutions Group KC, LLC and provides in-house construction management services.
Kenneth Day has 37 years of management experience. Mr. Day has held a number of C-Suite positions in his career including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a Kentucky based, regional, heavy and highway construction firm that, in addition to its state and federal highway projects, specialized in residential and commercial development projects; Chief Operating Officer for a U.S. based holding Company with interests in oil and gas, construction, retail auto dealerships and commercial real estate; and, Chief Executive Officer for a regional U.S. environmental engineering and construction firm involved in federal SuperFund work.
P. Keith Nally is a senior executive with 38 years of operations, financial management and consulting experience in both public and private firms. Mr. Nally has been a successful entrepreneur, having founded and successfully managed businesses in real estate development, residential homebuilding, environmental engineering and remediation, construction and investment and advisory services.
J. RAY WOODS
Ray Woods has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986 conducting business in California, Tennessee and Kentucky. Mr. Woods has built his business specializing in new home construction where very few realtors had his degree of expertise in working with the existing and long-range plans of builders who wanted to focus their efforts on construction while taking advantage of Mr. Woods’ expertise in sales and marketing to drive high-volume sales.
Mr. Justice has spent the last 13 years in the real estate business. In his partnership with Ray Woods and Re/Max Creative Realty, has built a highly successful career specializing in new home construction, condominiums and residential resales where he has cultivated a great deal of repeat business due to his attention to detail and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
