WES SCHLOBOHM

Wes is a Founding Member of The Solutions Group KC, LLC and Director of Commercial Real Estate at Keller Williams Legacy Partners, Inc. He is a graduate of CIPS Certified International Property Specialist and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Kansas and Missouri. He has worked on all facets of the real estate development cycle and transacted deals in all core real estate principles.

TAYLOR KENT

Taylor manages TSGKC’s internal information technology systems. He analyzes the workflow, information flow, and intended outcomes in order to produce custom-made systems and processes that enhance employee effectiveness.

Dustin has 22 years of experience in the industry, ranging from single family residential construction, mechanical, engineering and plumbing, and commercial contracting. He oversees all aspects of design, engineering, architecture, and construction on Buildforce’s projects. Dustin has a 5% ownership share in The Solutions Group KC, LLC and provides in-house construction management services.

KEN DAY

Kenneth Day has 37 years of management experience. Mr. Day has held a number of C-Suite positions in his career including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a Kentucky based, regional, heavy and highway construction firm that, in addition to its state and federal highway projects, specialized in residential and commercial development projects; Chief Operating Officer for a U.S. based holding Company with interests in oil and gas, construction, retail auto dealerships and commercial real estate; and, Chief Executive Officer for a regional U.S. environmental engineering and construction firm involved in federal SuperFund work.

KEITH NALLY

P. Keith Nally is a senior executive with 38 years of operations, financial management and consulting experience in both public and private firms. Mr. Nally has been a successful entrepreneur, having founded and successfully managed businesses in real estate development, residential homebuilding, environmental engineering and remediation, construction and investment and advisory services.

Ray Woods has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986 conducting business in California, Tennessee and Kentucky. Mr. Woods has built his business specializing in new home construction where very few realtors had his degree of expertise in working with the existing and long-range plans of builders who wanted to focus their efforts on construction while taking advantage of Mr. Woods’ expertise in sales and marketing to drive high-volume sales.

Dale advises and represents the Owner from the earliest stages of the project, starting with conceptual design, through the final design, permitting, pre-construction, bidding construction, and commissioning stages.

– Dale oversaw the completion of eight major projects in the last three years, totaling 917 units across three states.

Rick Worner coordinates the development and finance of large real estate projects. National Realty Advisors has 35 years of combined experience in creating experiential destination developments. Rick has identified sites, potential tenants and financing options that creates a unique, one of a kind, development. He has to provided financing alternatives for cities, counties, school districts and developers.

Founded in 1979, McQueen Homes specializes in custom homes and upscale multi-family dwellings. With over 40 years of experience in the home construction industry, Mark has oversight on all projects from inception to finish. McQueen Homes builds 35-40 units per year. Average sale price of these units is $500k – $550k.

Most recent completed project:

– Haven at the Wilderness in Overland Park; 48 2-bed 2-bath units selling from $250k – $300k. Completed in 2020.

Current projects:

– 25 multifamily units in current construction (2021)

Specializing in high-end residential, their expertise has led to proven design techniques reflective on a commercial architecture company.

Since 1961, CFS Engineers has been a professional civil engineering consulting firm that works to advance the quality of life for the communities we call home. We specialize in all forms of public infrastructure Lance joined Cook, Flatt, and Strobel (CFS) Engineers, P.A. in 1996 and has over 23 years of experience leading municipal and private development projects. This work includes planning, design, and bid assistance and construction administration.

Lance has worked on numerous municipal infrastructure and roadway projects including trails, streetscapes, storm water detention, BMP’s, waterline, sewer and storm sewer plans, NPDES Permits and SWPP Plans.

He leads and manages the development of senior living properties in the southeast and is responsible for developing a Program Management process to streamline design and construction management.

– Development, rehab, marketing, ownership and operation short-term and long-term of multifamily rental condos in southwest Florida.

– Development, financial management and operation of multifamily apartments and single-family rental investment properties in Ohio for family estate.
